I’m passionate about all aspects of fitness and I love connecting with others who share my interests in exercise, good health and clean food. Inspiring others in large and small ways keeps me motivated to achieve my own goals. Helping you helps me!

I’m a wife and a mother of an 8 year old boy and a 4 year old girl. I also care for a geriatric Beagle and our “Boxador” puppy. I’ve been a fulltime clinical research professional for over 15 years, but my real interests lie in prevention rather than cure. Being a BeachBody coach allows me to provide a healthier lifestyle for my family and to guide others in the right direction.

I’m in hospitals every week for my day job and I see patients firsthand. Many are obese and have not followed a healthy lifestyle. Eating right and exercising doesn’t provide immunity from illness, but it does give you an edge. I know this not just from experience, but firsthand.

I’ve been a fitness buff my entire life. Ballet and cheerleading began at age 4, I had a gym membership by age 13, I went to martial arts camp and ran a half marathon while pregnant with my first child…but then, I got a migraine that just wouldn’t go away. Unable to take many medications while pregnant, I ate. Foods helped me, but they also hurt. It took me years to figure out that I had significant food allergies. I had been to doctors and other holistic practitioners, but no one had figured it out. It wasn’t until I completed BeachBody’s Ultimate Reset that I finally got the toxic foods out of my system and learned what my issues were. Without any need for meds, my fatigue, muscle pain, joint pain, uticaria, fatigue, bladder pain, digestive trouble, headaches and migraines were gone. I could work out efficiently again. The weight melted away. I felt ten years younger. I still do! I now have the energy to juggle my career, my family, BeachBody, my friends and multiple workouts throughout the day…and I couldn’t be happier!
